FOX 9's Mike Manzoni has more.  What we know: Adam Abdihakeem Adam, 18, was arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting that took place at Eden Prairie High School homecoming football game on Oct. 2. He is charged with two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of riot with a dangerous weapon.  The incident started with a fight on the stadium grounds that police broke up. Minutes later, shots were fired in the parking lot. The shooting left two teenagers injured and prompted officials to evacuate the stadium.  The homecoming game against Minnetonka was canceled and was rescheduled.  According to the charges, surveillance video showed two cars entering a parking lot shortly before the shooting. Then a fight involving 10 people broke out near the vehicles.  The driver of one of the cars got out and fired at the two victims and fled the scene, court documents said. Authorities ultimately learned the driver was Adam, who was driving his brother's car.  Investigators were able to track Adam's phone with his car before, during and after the shooting, the charges said. After the shooting, Adam abandoned his phone and changed his phone number.  Officers then executed a search warrant at Adam's home in St. Louis Park and found clothes that matched what the shooter was wearing in the surveillance video.  Adam is set to have his first court appearance on Oct. 12.  Law enforcement efforts to address Somali gang-related violence What they're saying: Law enforcement leaders from across the Twin Cities, including the FBI and ATF, had a meeting Friday organized by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).  BCA Superintendent Drew Evans said in the meeting they discussed Somali gang-related violence which has spiked in the Twin Cities recently. Evans did emphasize that this is a "Somali youth gang and group violence" problem, not a Somali community problem.  "Both of those can exist at the same time without marginalizing a particular community and still focusing on the problems that are facing their communities each and every day," Evans said.  Law enforcement leaders say these gangs are different from gangs of the past. They are not usually money or drug-driven and there is no hierarchy. Usually, law enforcement says, the conflicts boil down to social media conflicts.  Evans says there is not an official task force to tackle Somali gang violence, but it was a meeting to determine how law enforcement agencies can pool resources and work together on this issue.  The BCA and the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office both have task forces to combat violent crime that are aiding other agencies on the gang issue.  The Source: This story uses information from a Hennepin County criminal complaint, a press release from Eden Prairie police and past FOX 9 reporting.  Crime and Public SafetyEden Prairie
