I-94 eastbound lane closed near Rogers after semi crash spills debris on roadway By KSTP Drivers on I-94 eastbound should expect delays near Rogers until noon on Friday after a crash involving a semi scattered debris on the roadway, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.Investigators say that the semi driver swerved to avoid hitting another car and crashed into a cable barrier near the 42nd Street on ramp, causing part of the semi’s load to spill onto the road.The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) says that the left lane of I-94 eastbound between Exit 205 and MN 101 will be closed until noon.The semi driver was not injured and the cause of the crash is under investigation.This is a developing story.
